October

Well here we are in November now. October flew by so fast. Im not sure why. Halle was still playing softball up until the 3rd weekend. Now we have no sports until after Christmas. How nice for Trevor and I.
The boys have been busy hunting. We have 3 big bucks in our back field. We see them out eating in the field, but when they go looking for them they're gone. So no deer so far.
Halle has just been enjoying school and the warm weather we were still having up until last week. She loves to come home and play outside after a long day in school.
Halloween was a bust. Halle came home sick from school so no trick or treating for us. The boys hung out at the high school football game. Luckily Donna had a party a couple of weeks ago so we all got to dress up and celebrate early.
We had a fun last weekend of the month. I just have gotten back in touch with some friends from high school and we had a big reunion at our house this weekend. Jennifer and her family came over from Bend and stayed. We spent the whole afternoon and evening looking at old yearbooks and pictures and taking lots of new ones of all of us and the new additions to some of our families. It was so fun. 15 years is a lot to catch up on.

Black Butte Ranch 2008

All the kids at the water slide. They must have gone down it 100 times.

The boys found a dead squirrel. It kept them busy for an hour.

What a fun trip. All of us kids surprised my dad for his 60th Bday with a trip to Black Butte. I dont think we have been there since 1987. Fun to go back as a mom with my own kids and all the nieces and nephews. We spent the whole weekend swimming, riding bikes and playing games. Fun time.

September

Here are all the kids the first day with Gramma Nonie.
Well school if off and going good. So far both kids love it. Halle is a big 5th grader. It is our last year at the grade school. It seems like we should just be starting there. Oh how the years fly by.
Ryan is in 7th grade and at the middle school. He is pretty big stuff now that he is not the lowest on the totem pole this year.
Sarah has one in 5th,3rd,2nd, & kindergarten. All 4 are at the grade school. She is a free mom now.
